Will my information be safe and available when I need it?
Yes. All sessions between you and ConXPoint are conducted over a secure SSL
128-bit connection, the same process used by banks for online transactions. SSL
is designed to prevent anyone listening in on or viewing your session or
accessing your information, unless you specifically authorize
them to do so. Your documents and data are stored in a secured database located
in our Class 1 data center whose security procedures are audited by external
auditors in accordance with the requirements for SAS Type II certification.
Your data is backed up daily onsite, as well as offsite. In the unlikely event
of service failure, we have rapid response data recovery procedures to return
the service to normal operational status quickly and efficiently.

What about the legality of Electronic Transactions?
Both US Federal and state law provide for the legality of electronic records and
electronic signatures, as well as the laws of many other countries. No one is required
to use electronic signature and records - it is entirely voluntary. However

U.S. Federal and state laws prohibit discrimination against electronic

used in the past. These included wax seals, stamps or chops, and stone

extend this ability to the digital age, allowing you to "make your mark" by
using a variety of computer generated methods to represent your signature and,
therefore, your assent to the subject matter of the document you are signing.

ConXPoint is a Web server-based software service owned and operated by CXP
Solutions, LLP. No end user software is required to use this service,
other than a modern Web browser and Adobe PDF Reader or Adobe Acrobat (Reader
or Acrobat version 5 or later). Supported Web browsers include Internet
Explorer 6 or later for PCs, Firefox 1.0+ or Netscape 7.0+ for both PCs and
Macs, and Apple Safari for Mac OS X. The web browser must be configured
with JavaScript and Cookies enabled.
