Modest service fees consist of a monthly fee option, or you can purchase One or Two-Year service packages at substantial discounts. Your service fee is based on your needs, so you can start small and expand as you go; or you can automate your entire company or professional practice right from the start. It really is very flexible.

To back this up, we will also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our product or service for any reason during the first 30 days of service, we won't charge you for your first month's service (and, of course, try to address the reason you are unhappy.)

If you are not satisfied with our product or service at any point after that, we will terminate our service relationship and provide reasonable access for you to download all of your documents and communications.

The security and reliability of our services and the confidentiality of your information is of utmost importance to us.

We invest considerable resources in our equipment, training, and business practices. We also actively participate in widely recognized security programs such as VeriSign secure site certification (for data security), TRUSTe certification (for privacy management), implementation of site security best practices recommended by the SANS Institute, as well as other programs.

ConXPoint utilizes industry-standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, both online and offline. The ConXPoint website operates secure data networks protected by up to date security monitoring and intrusion prevention systems. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates for website identification and 128-bit encryption of data being sent via the Internet between the browser and our servers. The servers on which we store your personal information are kept in a secure data center environment using redundant on and offsite backup, as well as full physical security procedures and policies.  Passwords and payment information are encrypted with TripleDES encryption at all times.

All Client User information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to provide the Services are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees have been background checked and have signed a non-disclosure agreement prohibiting the unauthorized disclosure, use, or distribution of any Client or User-related information.

Lastly, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy policies and practices, which are reviewed on a consistent, ongoing basis.
